As a part-time Server, you'll play a vital role in our community by preparing and serving meals to our residents. Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals to residents, including setting up trays, serving regular meals, and preparing snack items Deliver food and beverages to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and individual meal requests Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including picking up food and trash, cleaning tables, chairs, and food service equipment and utensils Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors Demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Requirements Ability to follow written and oral instructions No experience required, but a willingness to learn is necessary Solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and interact with residents, vendors, and team members Experience in an assisted living facility or restaurant is preferred but not required Work Schedule Days/evenings, rotating weekends What We Offer A competitive salary of $15 - $15 HOURLY and opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic and caring team environment.
