Dedicated Dry Van Company Driver W2 - West Des Moines, IA

Home Time:
- Enjoy weekly home time with 34-hour reset periods.
- Our dedicated routes ensure consistent schedules for quality family time while maintaining outstanding earning opportunities.
Equipment:
- Work with a modern fleet that offers secure parking arrangements through account management.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify safe and secure truck parking locations.
Active Freight Handling:
- All freight is dry and requires hand unloading at customer locations using rollers.
- This role is perfect for drivers who desire an active and engaged driving career.
Pay and Miles:
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,850 to $2,140, averaging 2 loads per week and 1,750 miles.
- Compensation includes CPM, load pay, and a bonus of up to 3% for safe and timely mileage.
Running Area:
- Deliver to customer locations throughout Iowa and surrounding states including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Arkansas, and more.
Schedule:
- Store deliveries typically start at 5:00 AM and may extend throughout the day, with night deliveries beginning at 11:00 PM for variety in daily operations.
