Role Responsibilities Greet and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience. Interact genuinely with customers to demonstrate passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment to their sport or activity. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of best‑brand sporting goods and promote company programs such as warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc. Create an inclusive store environment where all associates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected. Perform other tasks as business needs arise to support the team and the store. Qualifications Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred. All teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 – $22.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and position. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
