Position Overview: The position is for a Retail Assistant Manager - Part Time at Store 0627-West Main ShpCtr-maurices-Riverton, WY 82501. The assistant manager will assist in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The assistant manager will lead the customer experience with the store team, strategize to achieve team sales goals, and as a key holder, be involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices such as opening and closing the store. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis leading the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve team sales goals and as a key holder is involved in efficiently and accurately executing maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
