What You'll Do

• Operate manual lathes, mills, and specialized machining equipment to produce precision components
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality, speed, and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow Fusion’s standard operating procedures
• Utilize ERP systems for job tracking and production documentation

Qualifications
Required

• Advanced manual machining experience (lathes and mills)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mathematical and measurement skills
• Experience machining stainless steel and alloy materials 
• Ability to safely operate or become certified on forklifts and overhead cranes
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Welding experience
• ERP system experience
• Experience in a custom manufacturing environment
• CNC machining and programming experience (Master CAM and SolidWorks)

Salary: $20 - $30 Hourly
Bonus/Commission: No
