Graduate of an accredited Master’s Degreeprogram for Advanced Practice Nurse orPhysician Assistant Board certified as an Advanced Practice Nurseor Physician Assistant by the AmericanAcademy of Nurse Practitioners or the NationalCommission on Certification of PhysicianAssistants Current licensure to practice as an APRN orPA in the State of Illinois Current licensure to prescribe controlledsubstances in the State of Illinois, if appropriatefor scope of services provided Current life support certification (BLS or ACLS) Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as amid-level provider We strongly encourage you to include an updated resume when submitting your application.
