Responsibilities Operate a box truck with active MC/DOT authority on Over-the-Road (OTR) trips across 48 states, with routes discussed with your dispatcher. Work with 24/7 dispatch and operations support to manage loads and schedules. Participate in back-office support, factoring, and compliance processes as provided by the company. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as an Owner-Operator with active MC/DOT authority. Compensation and Pay Structure 91% of weekly gross revenue goes directly to the owner-operator 9% retained by the company Weekly gross potential: $5,000 – $7,000 on 3,000+ miles $150/week admin fee includes: Factoring Safety and fleet support ELD device and 24/7 support Fuel cards with discounts provided (fuel cost deducted from gross) Weekly direct deposit every Friday $1,000 bonus after 8 weeks of active driving What We Provide 24/7 dispatch and operations support Factoring and paperwork management at no additional cost ELD setup and compliance assistance Pet-friendly policy Flexible home time (minimum 2 weeks on the road, up to 3 days off) Form 1099 – Independent Contractor Position Details OTR position across all 48 states (routes discussed with your dispatcher) No forced dispatch – you choose your lanes Your earnings depend on your availability, routes chosen, and time on the road Mandatory Orientation Held Monday–Thursday, starting at 9 a.m. (first load dispatched immediately after completion).
