BI Technical Lead

BI Analytics Technical LeadThe Information and Analytics Technical Lead must have a firm grasp of industry standard BI implementation methodologies, as well as in-depth experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) version 2008 and above. They must have experience working in a technical leadership and support role as well as the following:Technical Skills:Expert in multidimensional data modeling concepts and designBusiness intelligence/data warehousing technology skills with proven expertise in Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and TFS)In-depth knowledge of building complex multidimensional/tabular cubes and querying them using MDX/DAX (Microsoft SSAS)Experience in fine tuning the performance of SSAS cubes (tabular or multidimensional)Expert in design, development, and support of SSRS reporting platformAdvanced experience with ETL/data integration methodologies and patterns (Microsoft SSIS)Experience with SAP BW development and maintenanceProficiency in Google Analytics; Google Analytics Certification preferredProficiency in Successfactors reporting / Work Force AnalyticsExperience with Tableau reporting platformGood knowledge of Oracle and SQL database technologiesKnowledge of Informatica and Dell Boomi ETL platform a plusAnalysis and Communication Skills:Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications to design and deliver optimum solutions for business needs.Strong communication skills and a strong self-starter attitude.Strong business analyst skills, able to work with many different stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.Strong estimation skills and strong track record of accurate estimations for BI solutions.Analytical thinker; Strong problem solving abilityTeam player; Ability to multi taskData gathering, research and analytical abilities so as to develop insightful conclusions and generate solutions to address user needsOther Requirements:BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field8+ years of experience in architecting, designing, developing, supporting, and implementing BI solutionsExcellent understanding of developer and support processes including SDLC, project management, change management, and architecture process.Knowledge of ITIL is desiredManager Must Haves:Proven experience with SAP BW data sources in Business Intelligence deliveryPrevious experience in Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing technology using Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, and TFS).Prior experience with SAP BW (especially SAP data sources) for information and analytics is REQUIRED
