Location and Job Details Location : CHA Somerville Campus Category : Registered Nurse Department : CHA Somerville Pediatrics Job Type : Full time Union Name : MNA Somerville Work Schedule: Various Shifts including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays Hours/Week: 40 Job Summary The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for planning and providing patient care for patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards of Care. They demonstrate initiative, knowledge and clinical skills in caring for patients with complex needs. They effectively manage patients by assuming full responsibility for the assessment, plan, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. Qualifications and Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. MA RN Licensure required. Maintain current American Heart Association BLS certification. Minimum of two years current ambulatory nursing experience. Pediatric and OB/GYN experience required for family sites. Ability to speak a second language preferred. Benefits Sign‑on and retention bonus up to $10,000 for newly hired RNs committing to a minimum of two years of employment at Cambridge Health Alliance.
