Staff Physician, Urology West Hills

UCLA Health is seeking a board‑certified/board‑eligible Urologist to join our growing community‑based practice in West Hills, located in the San Fernando Valley. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding general urology practice focused on comprehensive, high‑quality care across a broad range of conditions within an outpatient‑centered environment. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general urology care in an outpatient setting. Perform inpatient and outpatient urologic surgery related to common urologic diagnoses. Evaluate and manage common urologic conditions, including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), kidney stones, urinary tract disorders, hematuria, incontinence, and male reproductive health. Perform in‑office procedures such as cystoscopy, biopsies, and other minor urologic procedures. Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory studies. Collaborate with referring providers to support coordinated, longitudinal patient care. Participate in shared call coverage, as applicable. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology. Active California medical license (or eligible). DEA license (or eligible). Commitment to patient‑centered, team‑based care.
