Pay rate: $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Warehouse Associate:

• Receiving: Unload incoming materials, count and inspect items, label products, separate materials, and stage inventory for processing
• Sorting: Sort and organize materials by part number, category, kit group, priority, or other assigned classifications
• Inventory Staging: Move and properly place materials on designated shelves, pallets, carts, or holding locations to help maintain accurate inventory
• Fulfillment & Kitting: Pick materials, assemble kits, label completed orders, and stage materials for distribution
• Staging & Distribution: Prepare carts and materials for distribution, assist with route preparation and delivery handoffs, capture proof of delivery as required, and return empty carts to designated areas
• Material Handling: Move materials, carts, equipment, ladders, PPE, and other supplies throughout the facility as needed
• General Project Support: Assist with runner duties, cart returns, pallet and trash cleanup, and other general labor tasks
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and project-specific instructions
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep materials moving accurately and efficiently

Available shifts: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous warehouse, material handling, inventory, fulfillment, or general labor experience is preferred
• Ability to accurately count, sort, label, pick, and stage materials
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials and carts as required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to perform different duties based on daily project needs
