Advocate Health Care - 10400 75th Street - Responsibilities: Perform rooming/visit tasks including vital signs, medication reconciliation, medical history, health maintenance, allergy review, and screenings; Assist provider with or perform procedures as ordered; Perform lab duties including venipuncture, specimen collection/labeling/packing, and results tracking; include POCT and CLIA-waived tests; Administer medications and vaccines following rights of administration; Process duties such as medication refills, insurance authorizations, patient messaging, scheduling, referrals
