We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze existing business workflows, identify areas for updates, and develop updated process maps and identify common business processes across a number of lines of business.
The role will involve some upfront in person work to review the existing outdated process maps with the LOB teams and identify areas for update. The work will involve minimal on site work a few times throughout the expected 3-4 month project.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes and seek to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for collaboration across LOBs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed process flows and develop clear process maps utilizing Visio or similar diagramming software
- Define the common process steps across the LOBs and work with website evaluation resource to map to the existing online flow supporting the processes
- Propose an aligned structure for the LOBs to standardize where possible the process flows and the organization to support
Skills
- Familiarity with process flows and business concepts
- Familiarity with online ordering systems flow and supporting processes
- Understanding of business process concepts related to and tools to document, update and define them
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical requirements and process improvements
