Exeter, NH | Full-Time

Schedule: +/- 40 Hours Monday- Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

P ay: $18.00-$20.00

Sanel NAPA is looking for an Auto Parts Sales Associate to join our Exeter, NH team!

You’ll be one of the first people our customers see when they walk through our doors—and the person they turn to when they need help finding the right part. Whether you're an experienced automotive parts professional or someone with great customer service skills who wants to learn the industry, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phone
• Help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions for their needs
• Use your problem-solving skills and available resources to identify the right part the first time
• Build relationships with retail customers and professional automotive customers
• Process sales and payments accurately using computer and point-of-sale systems
• Manage special orders and help ensure customers receive their parts on time
• Support inventory organization and daily store operations
• Work with your teammates to create a safe, organized, and positive store environment

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service, retail, sales, automotive, or mechanical experience is a plus
• Interest in learning about automotive parts and products
• Positive attitude and willingness to help others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Valid driver's license required; Motor Vehicle Record check required
