Influencer Marketing Manager

To build and own the creator partnership program across diaspora communities, the full-time Influencer Marketing Manager will manage the influencer lifecycle, oversee campaign execution, and amplify content through paid channels while focusing on acquisition outcomes. Key responsibilities Own the AMER influencer strategy, sourcing and vetting diaspora creators and micro-influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Translate quarterly growth objectives into creator briefs and manage 15-30+ concurrent creator relationships, including negotiating contracts and processing invoices Track and report on CAC/CPA, conversions, and engagement, while collaborating with Growth, Brand, and Creative teams to align creator activity with marketing campaigns Required qualifications At least 4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management with demonstrated channel ownership Bilingual in English and Spanish, with bicultural marketing fluency for U.S. Hispanic and immigrant audiences Native fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including familiarity with their analytics Hands-on experience with influencer relationship management platforms and managing creator budgets exceeding $100K Strong analytical skills with the ability to read dashboards and engagement metrics effectively
