Schedule: Fee for Service (Flexible Hybrid Schedule)
Hourly Range: $33$38/hour
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

The Whitman Counseling Center is a community-based outpatient behavioral health clinic dedicated to providing compassionate evidence-based care to underserved populations. We offer a full continuum of services including individual family couples and group therapy as well as psychiatric medication management.

What Youll Do:

Provide high-quality outpatient behavioral health services to individuals seeking support for mental health emotional and life challenges.

Clinical Services

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and clinical evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
Provide individual therapy services in-person and via telehealth
Maintain a minimum of eight (8) client contact hours per week
Deliver evidence-based client-centered interventions
Support individuals ages 5 and older in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being

Care Coordination & Collaboration

Collaborate with psychiatric providers clinicians and community partners to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and case consultation
Coordinate referrals and additional services when clinically appropriate

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain timely accurate and thorough clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with BAMSI DPH DMH CARF and other regulatory standards
Uphold ethical and professional standards of clinical practice

What You Bring:

Education & Licensure

Masters or Doctoral degree in Social Work Mental Health Counseling Psychology or a related clinical field required
Must be eligible for independent licensure within two (2) years

Strong time-management skills and ability to manage a flexible caseload
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team
