Adaptive Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to deliver skilled visits in patients' homes under a supervising PT. You will help restore function, enhance safety at home, and drive measurable mobility gains. This full-time, field-based role operates Monday–Friday with occasional weekends, and uses a productivity-based pay model: $58.00 per point or $75k–$100k per year.
