Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Position at Clarvida - Arizona Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Casa Grande, Arizona, Oracle, Arizona, Florence, Arizona, Maricopa Arizona, Coolidge Arizona Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $21-$22About the Role The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing client-specific behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role focuses on delivering direct, face-to-face behavioral services, collecting accurate data, and supporting clients in developing independent, age-appropriate skills.
