FOH Lead Supervisor

Unidine is hiring immediately for full time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: Trempealeau County Health Care Center - W20410 State Road 121, Whitehall, WI 54773.

Schedule: Full time schedule; AM and PM shifts available. Monday - Sunday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and 6:00 am - 2:00 pm. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: Prior supervisory and food service experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
