Peritoneal Dialysis Registered NurseDaVita is seeking an organized, self-directed Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Registered Nurse. You'll educate patients and caregivers in-clinic, enabling them to perform dialysis independently at home. This role blends clinical care, patient education, and case management.This position will be based out of our Apple Valley Dialysis in Mount Vernon, Ohio.Key Responsibilities:Train patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-careManage a caseload of PD patients, including assessments and care planningMonitor treatment progress, conduct home visits, and provide on-call supportCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomesSchedule:Between Monday–Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (approx. 30 hours per week, may increase with census)Weekends and holidays offFlexible scheduling to manage your own caseloadRequirements:RN license in the state of practiceValid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportationADN required; BSN preferredBasic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Preferred Experience:Dialysis (PD, HHD, chronic, or acute)Patient education or teaching backgroundCase management or telehealth experienceCNN or CDN certificationWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchPaid time off and PTO cash-outMental health and family support (EAP, Headspace, parental leave, etc.)Paid training and ongoing professional developmentEmpower patients to take control of their care.
