Our client is a fast-growing AI logistics startup seeking Agent Product Managers to own enterprise AI deployments end-to-end — from planning through execution — serving as the executive point of contact for some of the most complex logistics organizations in the world.This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who combines top-tier consulting or IB rigor with genuine technical fluency and the presence to manage C-suite relationships independently.What You'll DoServe as the executive point of contact for enterprise customer deployments — owning the entire process from planning through executionLead customer discovery sessions to understand workflows and configure, test, and release AI agent solutionsPartner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer requirements into technical execution — including prompt engineering and workflow mappingManage C-suite and senior leadership relationships, leading kickoffs, milestone reviews, and QBRsManage 1–3 concurrent accounts with distinct timelines and requirements simultaneouslyKey Requirements4–8 years in a customer-facing role — product manager, engagement manager, consultant, or founder - startup experience much preferred (pure legacy experience will not be considered)Experience implementing software for enterprise clientsTop-tier consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment banking background preferredBasic understanding of LLMs, APIs, JSON, SQL, and SaaS platformsDeep technical acumen — able to map customer workflows and shape AI agent designsExecutive presence and polished, native-level English communicationComfortable managing multiple concurrent enterprise accounts independently
