Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while ensuring that therapists can engage deeply with their patients. The outpatient office environment encourages collaboration among therapists, case managers, and supportive staff through virtual consultations and regular team meetings. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing structure while maximizing work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of mood and behavioral disorders, accurately documenting symptom duration and severity to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances of each client, using therapeutic models such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, or communication therapy.
• Engage in regular progress reviews with clients and their families, providing educational support on mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and coping strategies.
• Maintain precise and detailed records adhering to legal and ethical standards in clinical documentation to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Participate actively in team consultations and case reviews, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and shared learning.
• Promote mental health awareness and advocate for client needs through community outreach and education initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our therapy services are focused primarily on individuals and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• An active LMFT license in California is required, ensuring that candidates meet the regulatory standards for practice.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
