Occupational Therapist- Prn

Occupational Therapist (OT) Reports to: Director of Rehabilitation Job Summary Provides OT evaluations and treatments to patients with functional or adaptive needs to improve independence in daily living. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct assessments and establish treatment goals. Provide self‑care training and prescribe or educate about adaptive equipment. Document evaluations, treatments, and progress. Supervise Clinical Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and collaborate with care teams. Train caregivers and nursing staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state OT license in good standing. Experience in long‑term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of OT interventions and rehabilitation techniques. Communication and problem‑solving skills. Strong organizational ability. Physical & Environmental Requirements Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.
