Strategic Asset Manager - Multifamily & Commercial

Prime Group is seeking an Asset Manager located in Hollywood, FL, to maximize returns across multi-family and commercial assets. The role requires strategic leadership and oversight of property management teams to align activities with business objectives. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-7 years of experience in asset management. Familiarity with financial modeling and property management software, such as Yardi or MRI, is preferred.
