Develop and maintain category performance scorecards, monitoring sales performance, margin, market share, distribution, product vitality, inventory health, and competitive benchmarks to identify areas of opportunity and risk. Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, category threats, and growth opportunities. Serve as the category expert, maintaining a deep understanding of competitive products, pricing, merchandising strategies, and market dynamics, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for Sales, Channel Marketing, and leadership teams. Manage the product lifecycle, leading strategic decisions regarding portfolio expansion, SKU optimization, product refreshes, rationalization, and end-of-life planning.
