Must be at least 23 years old Have a clean background check and driving record Able to pass a drug screen, physical and can do moderate lifting to load and unload trailers This position is responsible for hauling loads of dry bulk materials to customers safely and efficiently. Great Schedule (Monday – Friday, some Saturdays) Awarded 1st Place Marsh Safety Achievement Award Recognized by the State of Colorado for Safety US Transport is looking for experienced Mechanics. MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS. DOT and Bulk Trailer experience a plus but not a requirement. Perform work as outlined in repair order with efficiency and accuracy Diagnose cause of malfunction and perform needed repairs Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts/supplies Advise Lead Mechanic or Shop Supervisor if additional work is needed; if work on repair order is not needed, or if job will take longer than expected Document all work performed Thorough understanding of electrical systems, sensors, wiring and ECU’s Perform other duties and special projects as assigned 2 – 4 years’ experience in a “full service” maintenance facility preferred Must be able to work independently and stay focused on job assigned Must possess strong troubleshooting skills to assess needed repairs Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen We offer a competitive salary with a shift differential and excellent benefits plan, including: Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT Physical.
