Schedule & Details

• Monday–Friday
• Shifts: 6am–3pm OR 7am–4pm (must be flexible)
• Onsite: Phoenix, AZ

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process insurance payments using internal systems
• Communicate with insurance carriers via phone, web portals, and automated systems
• Track and update payment statuses in CRM tools
• Solve problems in real-time and escalate when needed

• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Strong communication skills & confidence on the phone
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Positive attitude, team player, and growth mindset
• High School Diploma required
