I’m looking for a dependable and caring house sitter to look after my home in Washington, DC while I’m away. This is a paid position offering $45 per hour, and I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible, trustworthy, and takes pride in caring for someone else’s home. A big part of the job is looking after my beloved pet, so I’d love to hear from someone who genuinely enjoys animals and has experience caring for them. Daily feeding, making sure my pet is comfortable, and giving them a little attention each day are very important to me. I’ll also need someone to collect my mail regularly and keep it safely inside the house while I’m away. I have a few indoor and outdoor plants that will need watering and occasional care to keep them healthy. During the winter, I would appreciate help clearing snow from the driveway and walkways whenever it’s needed to keep the property safe and accessible. You’ll also be responsible for putting out the trash and recycling on collection days and keeping everything neat and organized.
