Maintenance Technician

Location: Magna, UT

Pay: $22/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
• Troubleshoot and resolve work orders efficiently
• Prepare units for move-in/move-out
• Maintain safe, clean, and functional property conditions
• Communicate professionally with residents and team members

What You Bring:

• Previous apartment or building maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
