This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible project opportunities, ongoing work assignments, and fast payment processing. Contractors in this role will independently manage remediation and restoration-related projects while maintaining quality workmanship, communication, and professionalism throughout the repair process. About Us Superior Contracting & Maintenance is a trusted repair and maintenance company with more than 13 years of industry experience. We work closely with property management companies, residential clients, and project teams to provide dependable repair and maintenance solutions across multiple trades. Our services include roofing, gutters, siding, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, remediation, kitchen and bath work, and general property maintenance services.
