We are looking for Job Description We are looking for Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and drive customer satisfaction. As a Car Wash Attendant , you will be helping prepare vehicles to be ready for customer rentals. This role focuses on efficient vehicle cleaning, basic vehicle readiness checks, and preparing cars for customer rentals. How To Drive Your Future In Working With Hertz Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pick up Maintain a fast-paced workflow while delivering Hertz Gold Clean standards, with a target of 5 rental-ready vehicles per hour Conduct basic vehicle safety checks, including inspecting dashboard warning lights, tire condition, and fuel and fluid levels to ensure vehicles are safe, rental-ready, and meet customer satisfaction Work outside in all weather conditions Transport vehicles throughout lot Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Be at least 20 years of age High School diploma or general equivalency diploma required. What You’ll Get Hourly Rate: $18.50 Overtime Pay: Eligible (The company pays overtime in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Per company policy, approval is required prior to the use of overtime) Holiday Pay: Eligible (1.5 x regular pay rate for hours worked on a designated holiday, in addition to receiving 8 hours of holiday pay) Sick Pay: Granted Up to 48 hours Paid Time Off / Vacation / Paid observed Holidays (Accruals start at .83 Days a Month, 4 Floating Holidays, 9 Paid Observed Holidays) Profit Sharing: Eligible Benefits: Further program information can be found here at HertzBenefits.com.
