($1250 paid after 30 days of employment, and $1250 paid after 180 days of employment complete). Signing bonuses are offered to eligible external hires only.Base pay offered from $26.30 – $40.83/hr flat rate. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.Billable Hours Guarantee: 30-hour minimum per week.Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week. Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule. The workweek includes one scheduled day off during the week and Sundays off. Additional schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off.Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!Your Impact as an Automotive Repair Technician A:Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer procedures or industry best practices.Train and mentor other technicians and service associates.Other duties as assigned.What You'll Bring:At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months – paid for by AAA).ASE L1 (Advanced Engine Performance) certification preferred.Strong communication skills for mentoring and collaborating with the team.Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.Valid driver's license.Authorized to work in the USA.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings if offered a position (background, drug, fitness for duty).Full time Associates are offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, Dental, and Vision plan optionsUp to 2 weeks Paid parental leave401k plan with company match up to 7%2+ weeks of PTO within your first yearPaid company holidaysCompany provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per yearFree AAA MembershipContinual learning reimbursement up to $5,250 per yearAnd MORE!
