We are looking for an Attorney to join our fast-paced Business Real Estate team in our San Diego office. It is our mission to provide the highest quality, cost-effective legal services to our clients.**Compensation:**$150k-$225k/annually + Bonus**Schedule:**Position is full-time, exempt. Our business hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:00pm Friday.We currently offer a hybrid in-office remote work model for select positions within the Firm. New hire employees who are offered a hybrid schedule will complete the majority of their onboarding and training in-office as deemed necessary for the position by the firm before transitioning to a hybrid/remote schedule, subject to approval by their supervisor.**Responsibilities:*** Provide legal representation to clients, assessing the facts and issues of each scenario and counseling clients appropriately* Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business* Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees to increase the firm’s visibility in the community and within the industry* Ability to handle complex matters on one’s own and/or as a lead attorney with little supervision* Ability to develop executive level client confidence to retain current firm clients* Ability to contribute to a positive and respectful working environment* Billable hours requirement is 1600* Represent the firm internally and externally* Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department**Qualifications:**We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:* J.D. and an active California Bar license* 5+ years of experience as a licensed California attorney* Previous litigation and trial experience required* Ability to communicate regularly with clients on a range of practice group topics* Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independentlyThe following qualifications are preferred:* Previous experience in landlord-tenant matters* Previous experience with real estate law**Why Work for Us?**Our firm offers a rewarding work environment that values a work-life balance and fosters a culture of professional growth and opportunities.
