Job Title

RN - Med/Surg (Telemetry)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Weekend Nights Only (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during overnight weekend shifts
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure eligibility
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
• Ability to work overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Prior experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Experience in a contract or travel nursing capacity
