Salary: $17-$19 DOE

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and dedicated Drivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, a helpful and positive attitude, and the ability to always maintain a professional demeanor. The Driver will operate a company vehicle and have a company fuel card.

This role encompasses both full-time and part-time positions.

Job Duties

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness
• Perform daily routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance of vehicle
• Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed, ensuring comfort and safety
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
• Operate the company provided smartphone and app to manage routes and client information
• Communicate with dispatch
• Complete daily vehicle checks and promptly reports any maintenance issues.
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
• Schedule may be vary depending on demand.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old
• Valid Drivers License
• Minimum 3 years driving experience
• Clean driving record (subject to DMV driving record check)
• Completion of DOT physical (company will pay for upon hire)
• Ability to operate vehicles
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Physically able to assist clients and regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using smartphone technology (training provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous professional driving experience or customer service experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
