Program Manager II, Planning, Transportation Operations Management

TOM Planning, Design, and Execution (TPDE) is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a record of achieving results, to own and execute key planning initiatives across Labor Planning and Equipment Planning. TOM TPDE is dedicated to optimizing workforce deployment, fleet utilization, and planning accuracy through the implementation of data-driven models and scalable mechanisms, ensuring TOM-managed yards are staffed, equipped, and operationally ready. Our team supports 700+ TOM-managed yards across the US and Canada supporting various Amazon lines of business.You will work cross-functionally and across geographies, partnering with Managers and Senior Managers to understand, implement, and improve TOM's Short-Term Labor Plan, equipment allocation strategies, and 3P procurement mechanisms. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with multiple functions and teams including labor planning, equipment planning, fleet strategy, TOM operations, S&OP, ACES, finance, analytics, and many more.You will solve complex problems - balancing immediate operational challenges with ongoing strategic initiatives. You will help define planning goals, own program roadmaps for your area, and contribute to performance narratives. You will coordinate resources and priorities across stakeholders including field operations, Fleet, and central planning teams to deliver results. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
