This is a remote flexible position 40 hours a week through September with potential to extend. Must be US based and able to work EST time zone, NYC based candidates preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic media planning rooted in performance outcomes, analytics, and business goals. Turn client objectives into clear, integrated recommendations across channels and partner teams. Oversee campaign analysis, reporting accuracy, and presentation of insights to clients. Identify opportunities to improve results through data, attribution, and optimization strategies. Build strong senior-level client relationships and serve as a trusted strategic advisor. Manage workflow, priorities, and team output to ensure high-quality deliverables. Coach, develop, and evaluate team members while supporting hiring and team growth. Core Requirements 7+ years of experience in media planning and strategy. Strong media channel experience across video, linear, OTT, social or programmatic. Deep knowledge of performance marketing, analytics, and reporting. Experience leading teams and developing talent. Strong client-facing background with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and media research or reporting tools. Experience managing and mentoring a team is preferred.
