Entry-Level Floor Coating Installer - Paid Training

Floor Coating Installer No floor coating experience required. We will train the right person! Castle Floor Coatings is looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our installation team. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in a job well done, enjoys seeing the finished results of their work, and wants to build practical skills in the floor-coating industry. Previous epoxy or floor-coating experience is not required. We will train the right person. Experience in landscaping, construction, contracting, painting, general labor, installation, maintenance, or another physically active field is helpful, but a strong work ethic, a proven employment history, and the willingness to learn matter most. Our strongest candidate will be ready to contribute from day one, work well as part of a crew, and provide the level of professionalism and customer service our clients expect. What You Will Do Learn to install professional epoxy and decorative floor-coating systems Prepare concrete surfaces using professional tools and equipment Assist with mixing, applying, and finishing coating materials Load, unload, organize, and care for tools, materials, and equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Follow the installation process carefully and complete work to company quality standards Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers Work closely with the installation team to complete projects efficiently What We Are Looking For A genuine interest in hands‑on work and learning a skilled trade Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a consistent work history A strong work ethic and the drive to stay productive throughout the day The ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and learn our installation process Attention to detail and pride in producing high‑quality work A respectful, team‑oriented attitude Professional communication and strong customer‑service skills Comfort working in physically active environments and varying temperatures The ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of the role, including lifting and moving tools, materials, and equipment A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience That Can Help You Succeed Candidates with experience in landscaping, construction, general labor, contracting, painting, concrete work, warehouse operations, maintenance, moving, installation, or a similar hands‑on role are encouraged to apply.
