Position Summary Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant – hybrid position in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at Children’s Wisconsin hospital campus. Responsibilities Support Hematology services across inpatient, Day Hospital, infusion clinic, translational research unit, and outpatient clinics. Provide comprehensive health care for patients with hematologic disorders, including initial and follow‑up consultations, clinical assessment, and care planning. Collaborate closely with hematology faculty, nurses, social work, dietetics, and other multidisciplinary team members. Understand pediatric and adolescent patient needs and apply developmentally appropriate care. Participate in cross‑training and cross‑coverage of other APP providers as required. Support program quality, safety, and service excellence initiatives. Provide care at the Milwaukee campus and support expansion to regional sites when needed. Schedule Full‑time, Monday–Friday office hours. Weekend and holiday coverage as needed. Salaried (Exempt). Qualifications Preferred experience in APP specialty settings. Advanced Practice Nurse: Master’s or higher in Nursing from a nationally accredited program; Wisconsin RN license; Wisconsin Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber license; certification as Advanced Practice Nurse; AHA BLS; DEA registration. Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or higher in Physician Assistant Studies from an ARC‑PA accredited program; Wisconsin PA license; NCCPA certification; AHA BLS; DEA registration.
