Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse

Intermountain Health seeks an Inpatient Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and adolescent patients in an acute behavioral health unit. The RN will complete comprehensive psychiatric and medical assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and monitor responses. Responsibilities include crisis prevention and de-escalation, suicide risk assessment, therapeutic group support, and patient/family education. The RN will collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, ensure accurate EHR documentation, and promote a safe, recovery-focused environment aligned with Intermountain’s mission-driven, team-based culture.
