Minnehaha Senior Living - Caregiver, HHA, or CNA

Minnehaha Senior Living , a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our growing team!


Minnehaha Senior Living is located directly on a bus route off om the corner of 23rd Avenue South and East 38th Street, in Minneapolis, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 77-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available:

Full-time and Part-time PM Shift (2p-10p) , Every other weekend required.


HHA Wage : $17-$22 per hour, Depending on experience
CNA: $19-$24 per hour, Depending on experience

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
