PACS Administrator

Hours of Work 8:00/16:30 Days Of Week Mon - Frd Work Shift 10X4 Day (United States of America) Job Description The PACS Administrator is responsible for leading the operational, fiscal, and human resources for the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS). Additionally this individual will act as a liaison in digital imaging initiatives within the radiology department, other hospital departments, medical staff and other enterprise partners. Your Job Requirements Graduate of an AMA approved program in Radiological Technology or other appropriate imaging modality preferred. 3 years experience in PACS administration, RIS administration or other healthcare related information systems discipline. A background in computer programming, data base building or network certification is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and on concurrent multidisciplinary projects. Excellent communication skills with a customer support focus.
