Residential Concepts, Inc. (RCI) is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. We are currently hiring for 3rd shift (awake shift) in both full-time and part-time positions.

Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

As a DSP, you will provide direct care and daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping them build independence, relationships, and meaningful community involvement.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
• Supporting independence, choice-making, and life skills development.
• Encouraging participation in leisure activities and community inclusion.
• Building positive, supportive relationships with individuals served.
• Preparing meals and assisting with housekeeping tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Documenting and communicating individual needs, concerns, and progress.
• Collaborating with coworkers, nursing staff, and leadership teams.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• No experience required paid training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with fewer than 6 points.
• Must pass a background check (paid by RCI).
• Must pass a company physical (paid by RCI).
