Position: Infrastructure Architect Location: Dallas, TX Contract Role Overview The Infra + Cloud Architect is responsible for end-to-end architecture, design, governance, and optimization of customer's hybrid infrastructure and cloud ecosystem (Azure-heavy, with AWS presence). The role acts as a bridge between business, application teams, and engineering teams, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. The architect drives technical strategy, transformation initiatives, operational excellence, and risk mitigation across IaaS, PaaS, and Data Center environments. Core Technologies
- Azure (IaaS + PaaS) mandatory
- AWS (basic to intermediate exposure)
- Windows / Linux / VMware
- Networking (VNet, VPN, Load balancers)
- Active Directory, ADFS, IAM
- Tools & Platforms Terraform / PowerShell / DevOps tools
- Monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics)
- Enterprise architecture design
- Incident & problem management maturity
- Governance and compliance
- Stakeholder management
