I opened my agency in 2010 and currently lead a team of 14. I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2001, giving me more than two decades of experience helping customers and developing successful teams. Outside of work, family is a major priority for me. I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, working out, and maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Our agency is actively involved in the local community, and faith is also an important part of my life through involvement with my church. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Manager for Rafael Parker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
