Job Summary Complete Building Services (CBS) seeks a full-time Production Control Coordinator (PCC) to provide crucial administrative support in Manassas, VA. Responsibilities Managing service requests, maintaining the CMMS, dispatching technicians, scheduling subcontractors, collecting visit reports, and interfacing with customers. Handling general office tasks such as time‑sheet tracking, product purchasing, and maintaining records as necessary. Project administration, scheduling preventive maintenance, and coordinating with customers on facility maintenance activities. The PCC must attend monthly financial review meetings. Shift & Salary Shift hours: Monday‑Friday 7:30 AM‑4:00 PM. Salary: $35.27 per hour. Qualifications Must be able to pass and maintain US Capitol Police background check. Requires 5+ years’ experience in office administration, billing, invoicing, and financial tracking. Must support robust tracking of reimbursable spending accounts. General understanding of maintenance operations is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting functions required. Previous NetSuite experience is a plus. Project tracking software experience. Proficiency with TMA Systems CMMS. Candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Excellent written and oral (English) communication skills.
