Occupational Therapist

Schedule : Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered) Duration : 2026-2027 School Year The Occupational Therapist will provide educationally-based occupational therapy services to students across a variety of learning environments, including general education, inclusion settings, and specialized programs. The district is seeking clinicians who are able to work independently and do not require supervision. Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs.
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Active Delaware Occupational Therapist license.
- Previous pediatric, school-based, or special education experience preferred.
- Ability to independently manage caseload and service delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning and developmental needs preferred.
- Elementary and Secondary placements available.
- Full-time preferred; part-time candidates may be considered.
- School-year schedule.
- Immediate interviews available.
