Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Days: Monday - Friday Weekend rotation

Requirements:

• License: Valid nursing license
• Certifications: Relevant certifications as required by the role
• Experience: Minimum years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related field

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments and treatments.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care procedures and health management.
• Document patient care activities in compliance with healthcare regulations.
