Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want to provide meaningful, dependable support to seniors and individuals in their homes.

What Does a Caregiver Do?

Every client has their own routines, preferences, and needs. Your role is to provide the support outlined in their individualized care plan while helping them remain comfortable and independent at home.

Depending on the assignment, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
• Prepare meals and help with light household chores
• Provide companionship and meaningful interaction
• Assist with mobility and everyday activities
• Encourage independence and participation in daily routines
• Help maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Follow the client's care plan and scheduled routines
• Document services provided
• Communicate important changes or concerns with the office

The care you provide can have a direct impact on a client's comfort, confidence, independence, and quality of life

What You'll Need

We're looking for people who are dependable, compassionate, patient, and comfortable working directly with clients in their homes.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or similar experience is a plus but not required

Required:

• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Current auto insurance

Preferred:

• CPR/First Aid certification

Schaumburg • Hoffman Estates • Palatine • Rolling Meadows • Elk Grove Village • Des Plaines • Park Ridge • Surrounding Communities

Please keep in mind: The location displayed on this posting represents one of the communities we serve . It is not necessarily our office location or the only location where you may be scheduled. Caregivers must be willing to travel throughout our service area based on client needs and availability.
