Role Description This temporary WAREHOUSEMAN role is an on-site position located in Calexico, CA. The role involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming freight, as well as packing and preparing outgoing shipments according to company standards. Responsibilities include operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and following established safety procedures and company policies. The WAREHOUSEMAN will assist with inventory counts, labeling, and documentation to ensure accurate shipping and receiving records. The position also requires collaborating with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily operational and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, including verifying documentation and tracking incoming and outgoing freight.
• Experience with Packing tasks, such as labeling, wrapping, and securing products for transport.
• Ability to safely perform Unloading duties, including handling various types of freight and organizing goods in the warehouse.
• Skill in Forklift Operation with awareness of safety standards; familiarity with Pallet Jack use for moving and staging materials.
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail for inventory checks and shipment verification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Reliable work habits, punctuality, and ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
